If you haven't already, please be sure to learn more about our upcoming food and wine event with certified natural chef Monica Sallouti on August 15 and 16. Also, the Sonoma Wine Country Weekend takes place August 29-31. This is a wonderful event, with winemaker dinners and food and wine tastings. Food and Wine FUN: Aug 15 and 16

As promised, we've created our first-of-2008 Food and Wine Event. We're excited to have certified natural chef Monica Sallouti show us a series of "healthy, nutritious, and delicious" recipes/cooking demo, discuss of the state of Sonoma County's Gravenstein apple, and answer our food and wine questions. Our friends from Balletto Vineyards will be sharing their wines.

Time: 5 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.

Cost: $18.95 per person (Notes: Villa guests receive two-for-one; fee valid for either or both dates)

NEW: Food & Wine Events

FYI, we are putting together a series of food and wine at Sonoma Coast Villa and Spa to begin this August. On the menu at the moment: an oyster tasting (with, of course, white wine pairings), a tour of our organic gardens, and a cooking demo (complete with tasting!) by local Certified Natural Chef Monica Sallouti.
